About Eric Hennekam:
Eric Hennekam (1955) has his
own company Eric Hennekam Agora (*). He teaches archive research, is an
archivist, IT specialist and freelance author for Het Archievenblad, a
Dutch trade magazine about archives. He regularly teaches at almost every single
journalism school in the Netherlands, as well in at the new graduate programme
investigative journalism in Mechelen, Belgium. He also taught at the
Archiefschool, the archive school in Amsterdam.
Hennekam had published widely on
archival matters, both for specialists and for a general public. He is the
founder of the digital achive forum in the Netherlands and Flanders
(Archiefforum Nederland en Vlaanderen), the Dutch newspaper archives database.
and the sports archives database for Netherlands and Flanders. All these can be
